Salt Booth Room
Our Salt Booth Room works in the same way as The Himalayan Salt Room, but is a little faster at 25 minutes. We also add a small amount of baking soda and eucalyptus (Sanasal) to the pure salt solution here, as it is more suitable for acute issues that require more direct healing.
It's perfect if you're pressed for time but still want to get some stress reduction and healing into your day. This room also allows you to remove your clothes if you wish to get the salt to improve your skin, in addition to helping your respiratory system. The booth goes through a relaxing cycle of chromotherapeutic lights as you breathe, (leading Jen, a professional writer and long time member to christen it "The Star Trek Booth".)
Did you know it takes about 25 mins to cool down fully after using our powerful Infrared Sauna? Many clients like to schedule the Salt Booth Room after their Sauna so they can cool down while getting all that healing salt into their lungs and onto their skin.
